Erica is a licensed physical therapist, and has been practicing outpatient physical therapy since 2010. She treats patients prior to and after orthopedic surgeries, non-operative orthopedic conditions, and balance training for fall prevention. She focuses her treatments on function, strengthening and mobility exercises to work towards a goal of independence at home and a return to prior level of function. She has been trained in dry needling and uses this technique to assist with pain management for both acute and chronic conditions. Along with drying needling, Erica has been trained by the McKenzie instate for mechanical diagnosis and treatment of the lumbar spine, cervical spine, thoracic spine, and advanced lumbar spine and extremities.
